Applied Improv Workshops

The Most Fun You’ve Ever Had Team Building

Looking for a dynamic, engaging way to help your team connect more deeply, collaborate more effectively, and stay present under pressure?

I design and facilitate applied improv workshops tailored specifically to your group’s needs — blending creativity, embodied practice, and a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics.

With over a decade of experience as an improviser, teacher, and coach — combined with my clinical background as a licensed therapist — I offer a unique approach to workshop facilitation that’s both playful and practical.

These workshops aren’t about being funny (unless you want them to be). They’re about helping people listen more closely, respond more creatively, and trust themselves and each other — even in uncertain or high-stakes situations.

What is Applied Improv

Applied improvisation takes the principles and practices of improv — like saying “yes,” staying present, thinking on your feet, and collaborating in real time — and brings them into everyday life and work.

Applied improv is about helping people become more adaptable, connected, and creative in the moments that matter — whether that’s during a team meeting, a therapy session, or an unexpected challenge.

In a workshop setting, applied improv creates space for experimentation without pressure. It encourages active listening, co-creation, and trust-building — all while having fun and staying grounded in the present moment.
